How much will it cost me?
Call-outs are charged at £75.00 where the work has been agreed in advance. Extra work asked for by the customer after the price is agreed are charged at £10.00 for every 15 minutes. There are no other charges except for any parts needed. Work collected will be charged at a price agreed with you either over the phone or upon inspection. Generally, the charge will be around £75.00 There is no extra charge for collection and return which will be carried out using our own vehicles. Locations outside of our normal 5 mile radius of Watford will incur an extra charge agreed beforehand. Take a look at our terms and conditions for more detailed information,

Do you offer a no fix-no fee service?
No, we don't. If your computer cannot be economically repaired we will advise you and in such cases there will be no charge. However, in most situations it will be possible to provide a solution and should you not be willing to proceed we charge a £40.00 inspection fee and provide a report of the fault. Generally for most pc's and laptops we will use a figure of £250.00 as an indication of a computer being beyond economic repair but for some high end machines this may be considerably higher.

How long will it take?
For workshop repairs you can expect a turnaround time of 5 working days although this can change depending on the type of repair.

Can I bring my machine to you?
Not at present. We don't have a retail premises but we are planning to open one soon.

Who owns and runs the business? Is there really a Derek Coster?
Of course... Just like Father Christmas he really exists and the business is owned and run by him. What's more he has over 10 years experience of working in this particular area of IT.
