ISL Light creates an encrypted and totally secure connection between the two computers and lasts only for as long as the session requires. There is no risk of your data being compromised by hackers and the session can be terminated by you at any time.

How to Start a Remote Desktop Support Session

Step 1:
You call us and we ask you to visit our site and click on the ISL Light Client as show on the left hand side of the site

     
Step 2:
Meanwhile, we start the ISL Light Desk application, request a new session code, and give it to you over the phone. You then simply enter the code, click "connect" and your session is started.

Step 3:
Once we have fixed your problem we disengage from your computer. Closing a connection will end the ISL Light service altogether. The session is terminated and there is no longer any access to your computer from us or anybody else.
